At the ‘Fiets- en Wandelbeurs 2013’ CooP Africa, Cycling out of Poverty, was represented with a stand. During the fair visitors were asked to make their bicycle tour a sponsor bicycle tour, to support the projects of CooP-Africa. The enthusiastic volunteers inspired many visitors. Frank van Rijn, ambassador, mentioned CooP-Africa in his lectures and afterwards leaflets were distributed. Many visitors participated in the competition and tried to answer the question: “How many kilometers have people been cycling for CooP-Africa in 2012?” The correct answer was 18,500 kilometer. Martina van Baal wins the CooP-Africa prizes; a Boda Boda seat, cycling shirt and set of post cards. Congratulations!
