The academic year in Kenya has started. The CooP-Africa Bike4School coordinator in Kenya, Daniel, is visiting schools and introducing the Bike4School programme in schools. Last week he visited Wachara Mixed Secondary school in Nyahera, where he spoke to 200 students after classes before they were going for games. Many students and teachers are interested in the Bike4School programme. In the programme, students and teachers can get a bicycle and pay for it in installments. Students who use the bicycle for coming to school and are able to do well in school, get a school fees voucher at the end of the year.
