Cycling out of Poverty values south-south exchange between her partner organisations in Africa. In 2007 and 2008 Cycling out of Poverty organised partner meetings to share and harness knowledge and experiences. In 2009, the African organisations decided to form a network: called the African Bicycle Network (ABN). In October 2010, the African Bicycle Network co-organised a expert group meeting with UN-Habitat on promoting non-motorised transport options as compliments to public transport in Dakar Senegal.
