In May of this year, Hope Alive Uganda (HAU) opened a bicycle shop in Kisozi Uganda with support from Cycling out of Poverty. This shop offers spare parts for various types of bicycles. Also, in front of the shop, bicycles are repaired. Tyres are fixed, carriers repaired, etc. Since it is one of the few places in town to repair bicycles and buy spare parts, and since the closest town is far away, the shop has many customers. The shop also offers the people who are participating in the HAU bicycle-on-credit programme a place where they can maintain their bicycle.
