BSPW, Cycling out of Poverty’s partner organisation in Uganda, organised a training for small entrepreneurs in the bicycle-on-credit projects. The support from e.g. Profile Roel Peerenboom and doubling of NCDO, BSPW is giving out 100 bicycles-on-credit to small entrepreneurs. In two training sessions the group is trained in small entrepreneurship management and book keeping (see photo). 15 bicycles have been given out. The bicycles enable the entrepreneurs to increase their income and to pay off the bicycle in monthly instalments. This enables BSPW to give out another 100 bicycles to other entrepreneurs when this group of 100 has paid off the bicycle.
